Greg Andretta, SIOR

Born and raised in Tampa, Greg started his career in real estate with Cushman & Wakefield in 1980. In 1988, he left C&W to work with Galbrath Huff, an industrial brokerage and development company. In 1990, he moved to the Elmer J. Krauss Organization, a regional commercial/industrial real estate company. Due to his employment with the bigger firms, Greg understands the pitfalls a larger firm brings to the relationship. Moreover, his experience in industrial development allows him to serve his clients with a more robust portfolio, ensuring the highest results possible.

The combination of the aforementioned experience was the catalyst that led him to start Andretta Marsh Properties in 1997, and now Andretta Properties since 2011. His goal is to provide the level of customer service he believes his clients deserve and need. Greg has been an SIOR  since 1988 and has served as the Florida Chapter President.  He has been serving the commercial real estate industry for over 40 years in the Tampa Bay area.
