Greg Andretta, SIOR (Society of Industrial & Office Realtors), has been in the commercial real estate industry since 1980. Born and raised in Tampa, Greg started his career in real estate with Cushman & Wakefield. In 1988 he left C&W to work with Galbrath Huff, an industrial brokerage and development company. In 1990, he moved to the Elmer J. Krauss Organization, a regional commercial/industrial real estate company.
Due to his employment with the bigger firms, Greg understands the pitfalls a larger firm brings to the relationship. Moreover, his experience in industrial development allows him to serve his clients with a more robust portfolio, ensuring the highest results possible.
The combination of the aforementioned experience was the catalyst that led him to start Andretta Marsh Properties in 1997, and now Andretta Properties in 2011. His goal is to provide the level of customer service he believes his clients deserve and need.
Greg has been an SIOR realtor since 1988 and has served as the Florida Chapter President. He has been serving the commercial real estate industry for over 32 years in the Tampa Bay area. No one knows the Tampa market quite like Greg!

Bill started his real estate career in 1995 and has been active ever since in sales, leasing, investing and appraising. Bill joined the Andretta Properties team in 2006 and specializes in office and industrial properties along with vacant land in Central Florida representing both buyers, owners, tenants and landlords. Bill also has a background in risk management.
Bill is a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) having completed a 160 hour designation curriculum that covers skill sets including ethics, interest based negotiation, financial analysis, market analysis, user decision analysis and investment analysis for commercial real estate. Prior to joining Andretta Properties Bill was a real estate appraiser in the Tampa Bay area working with clients like Bank of America, Suntrust, Amsouth and Chase Manhattan.
Bill has been in Tampa since 1983. He graduated from the University of South Florida in 1998 with a BA degree having majored in Finance. He is an active board member of the Davis Islands Civic Association, volunteers with the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Tampa Bay and is also a member of the University of South Florida Alumni Association.

Jack has over 25-years experience in real estate. For seven of those years (1979 – 1986), he was a N.A.S.D. licensed sales person involved with the syndication of apartment communities on a national scale. During that time, Mr. Brubaker raised approximately $35,000,000 in equity.
Moving from Houston, TX to Tampa, FL in 1986, he began working for Tampa’s largest commercial real estate firm, concentrating on commercial brokerage, investments and development. Over the past 20 years, Jack has completed over 600 transactions in commercial properties involving sales and leases, with a total value over $500,000,000.
Prior to entering real estate, he spent five years with a national computer services firm, starting as a programmer and working up to a regional management position in the Northeast. His area of expertise was real estate and hospital financial modeling. Jack has served in the Air Force as a pilot, retiring after six years with the rank of Captain and graduated from the University of Southwestern Louisiana with a BS degree in Economics.
Philip is an Associate in the Transaction Service Team, focused on tenant and landlord representation. He brings more than 14 years of commercial real estate experience from property management to marketing and research to brokerage services.
Philip started his real estate career in Washington DC with Charles E. Smith, at the time they were the largest commercial facilities management company in the metro Washington DC area. Philip moved to Tampa in 2004 and joined Advantis GVA, a national full-service commercial real estate firm. Later he Joined Carter and Associates, the largest privately held commercial real estate company in the southeast. While at Carter and Associates, Philip participated in several large national and local transactions, including a nationwide portfolio purchase of 24 Class “A” buildings.
Philip served as an active duty paratrooper in the United States Army from 1989 – 1993. He graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University with a Bachelor in Business Administration.
Thomas C. Gola
Tom was born and raised in Philadelphia. After graduating from Widener University in 1981, Tom spent five years as a court officer with the Philadelphia court of common pleas. After relocating to Florida, he began a career in real estate, focusing on property management of residential and commercial property. In 1989, he was involved with Specialty Properties, focusing on retail management & leasing and disposition of their non- producing properties. A few years later, Tom took a regional position with Metropolitan Asset Group, the precursor to Insignia Commercial, overseeing a retail and office portfolio exceeding 1,000,000 SF in four states. Tom also spent several years with Tampa based VRS Realty Service, Inc. of Florida, handling office and industrial portfolios for Principal Financial Group.
In 1994, Tom was named Business Development Manager for the Pasco Economic Development Council. His recruiting efforts created over 1,000 new jobs and over $57,000,000 in capital investment. After two years as Real Estate Manager of The Tampa Port Authority, Tom went back into the private sector spending the next five years with Grubb & Ellis’s Tampa Office, as Vice President of Industrial Services. Tom focused on Maritime, Aviation and Refrigerated users. He also worked with the Economic Development Services Group based in the New York Corporate office. Prior to joining Andretta Properties, Tom worked with the local Prudential Commercial franchise, being a recipient of the Leading Edge Society Award in 2007 & 2008.
Tom is currently a CEcD candidate, a designation bestowed by the International Economic Development Council. Tom also has two daughters, Kristin age 22 a UCF Grad and Morgan, 19, finance major at FAU. In his spare time, Tom enjoys an easy round of golf and is an avid diver in the south Florida waters.
